Nous avons officiellement ouvert les fêtes de fin d'année avec un déjeuner d'entreprise au Fricchiò, une réalité locale qui nous passionne et que nous soutenons avec grand plaisir. Fricchiò est un projet conçu et géré par Centro Papa Giovanni XXIII, une coopérative d'Ancône qui travaille depuis des décennies avec des personnes handicapées. Fricchiò emploie plusieurs personnes handicapées dans le secteur de la restauration et elles nous ont préparé un déjeuner spécial : un délicieux stockfish traditionnel d'Anconitana. Nous avons apprécié d'être ensemble dans une belle atmosphère de joie et de solidarité. Félicitations à Fricchiò et meilleurs vœux à nous !
