The project
AFI HOME NORTH is located on Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard, the most fashionable commercial area of the Romanian capital. It is the first residential project developed exclusively for rental, created as a safe and active community for its future tenants. The land, measuring a total of 10,200 m2, will host a total of 380 apartments in 3 buildings and more than 400 parking spaces, developed in 3 phases. Block A consists of 164 apartments and Block C 80.
Analysis
The video intercom installation project for the building requires compliance with important requirements: security, elegance, ease of assembly, flexible system structure. Both blocks must include concierge.
