Interesting Farfisa application, where a large office building is converted into 95 high quality boutique apartments, in the heart of Sheffield, UK. The apartments comprise one and two bedroom apartments spread over 6 floors, attractive to young professionals in a highly desirable area with excellent connectivity to the city of Sheffield. The building has been completely renovated, giving the exterior of the building a more modern look and including high-quality interiors for residents. As part of the building's renovation, a video intercom system with access control was essential for residents to feel safe and secure.
